Songs and Stories Tour

This past fall we launched an experiment called An Evening of Songs and Stories, a series of acoustic shows hosted by friends in homes, coffeehouses and galleries. We did a few of these in places like Boise, Tulsa, Atlanta, Nashville, Lexington, Indianapolis, and Chicago. I shared some stories about how the songs came to be, and my experiences as a full-time singer/songwriter, wife and mom.  We got some great feedback from hosts and guests alike.  Here’s a little sample:

For several of the shows I was joined by my friend, Nate Sabin. Here we are in Lexington

Some shows I played solo, like this house concert in Wisconsin…..

House concerts are a great way to invite friends, neighbors, co-workers, and just about anyone else, to hear music from an artist you like. I’ve hosted and played several, and can honestly say everyone enjoys the up close and personal aspect of sharing an evening of live music with a community of friends.

We’re planning a few more of these tours are LOOKING FOR HOSTS.  We would love to work with you on planning an Evening of Songs and Stories in your home or other venue.

Below are some resources that will help with the evening, and we’ll work closely with you to address your questions, and make sure your’e comfortable with the details.
